The men's bsketball team faced another top team in the conference foe Columbia State on the road Saturdat afternoon. They found themselves down early to the Chargers, and could never recover in a 90-60 loss.
The Cougars placedthree scorers in double figures led by Brandon Lanier with 16 points. A.J. Horton returned from injury to score 11 points while Xavier Washington finished the game with ten points.
Horton would record a double double with ten rebounds in the game while Lanier would come close with nine boards.
Seneca Robinson and Zechariah Canidate would each have two assists while Canidate led with two steals.
Cleveland returns to play on December 3rd when they host Motlow State in a conference matchup. Game time is set for approximately 7:30pm EST.
