Cougar Golf Finishes Walters State Fall Classic in Seventh Place
In a field of nine Cougar Golf finished in seventh place at the Walters State Fall Classic as competition was completed on Tuesday October 11 at the Country Club of Morristown. Walters finished in first while Roane State came in second.
First round leader Dalton Sutton finished tied for 11th while Jarrett Glass and Kipp Coker came in tied at 17th and 29th. Finishing tied at 32 was Nic Ravnborg and tied at 45th was Owen Kreuger.
Caleb Evans Cleveland State's head coach said: "This is a learning experience for this team. We will have a quick turnaround as the Cougars are set to play in the Atomic City Classic next Monday October 17 and Tuesday October 18 hosted by Roane State."
