DALTON'S HANNAH JONES TO JOIN LADY COUGAR OUTFIELD
The Lady Cougar softball team's first signee comes from just beyond the state line as Dalton's Hannah Jones recently signed letter of intent papers with Cleveland State.
Jones, an outfielder, hit .354 this past season for the Lady Catamounts with three doubles and eight runs scored. She was an All-Area performer for a squad that finished 15-16 this past year in the competitive Region 7, and just missed out on the Class 5A playoffs.
