The Cougars softball team squares off Friday at 1:30 p.m. with the Salquis from Southwest Tennessee in a play-in game in the region 7 TCCAA tournament.
Cleveland State won the teams two meetings earlier in the season in a double header on March 22 by scores of 9-6 and 11-6.
The loser of the play-in game is done for the season. The winner moves on to play Volunteer State on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. Here is a link to the full tournament bracket.
This season's tournament is being held at Chattanooga State Community College and a play-by-play live stream can be seen on The Game Time Sports Network.
