The Cleveland State Softball community came together to celebrate head coach Katie Willingham in a party in the Cougar Room on Monday afternoon.
Willingham will be stepping down after 14 seasons on the Lady Cougars' coaching staff as she is moving with her family. She served as an assistant coach from 2005-2010 before taking over the reigns as head coach in 2010. She won over 130 games in her nine seasons as head coach and led the Lady Cougars to a Runner-Up finish in the TCCAA Tournament in 2018.
We will miss Katie and are sad to see her go!
