Strong Second Half Guides Cougars to 92-82 Win Over Tigers

Cleveland State secured a 92-82 victory on Tuesday night in Somerset, KY against Campbellsville University Somerset with a strong second half effort.

The first half was neck-and-neck as both teams went into the locker room with the Cougars (10-11, 6-7 TJCCA) up 44-38.

Cleveland State was led by G/F Darius Turman, who scored 16 points and was a force on the glass with a team-high 13 rebounds. F Maurice Dickson also had a strong game with a team-high 17 points.

The Cougars will be back in action Saturday night at home for an important late-season conference matchup against Chattanooga State. Tip off is set for 4:00 ET.
