Season
45 Cougars and Lady Cougars received conference awards for academic achievement.
The Lady Cougars signed Angie Torres to their 2019 roster.
Jordan Wagers will join the Lady Cougar roster in the fall of 2019.
The Cougars and Lady Cougars competed at the Westside Ruritan 5K on Saturday.
All five Lady Cougars on the team last fall were honored on the All-Academic team and they as a team were ranked 11th overall.
The men's and women's teams will run together at the Westside Ruritan 5k on Saturday, April 20.
